Nick is a Labour Councillor for Westgate Ward in the West End of Newcastle. He is Leader of the Labour Group on Newcastle City Council. Nick has been a Councillor for 10 years, and is also active within the Labour Party both as a regular speaker at regional events and as a member of Labour's National Policy Forum. Nick trained and worked in the NHS and now runs a health charity in Newcastle.
