Gullies on Scotswood Road cleaned
25 June 2010
Nick has arranged for the gullies on and around the Scotswood Road area to be cleaned.

Complaints were made about blocked gullies in the area, leading to pooling of water around the Yard Bar. Part of the problem appears to have been a local venue disposing of cooking oil in the nearby drains and Trade Waste are investigating whether any prosecutions need to take place.

The gullies have been cleaned out at Nick’s request and are now working properly.
